I have been doing well for two whole weeks. And I am getting close to being on track. The dotted line represents the weight loss trajectory I need to be on to hit my goal of 70 lbs total weight loss this year. (Yea, I upped the anty… it still is a healthy rate of weight loss though – only 5ish lbs per month.)
The solid line represents me closing in on being on track. I want to get there and then walk it… I am so close!
